Chester Capital Pty Ltd acquires share in SmartBrands Pty Ltd

Chester Capital recently acquired a 50% share in SmartBrands, a company developing a proprietary brand of consumer goods for distribution, predominantly through mass merchants and buying groups. SmartBrands currently has a number of products on range in stores in these channels.
