Chester Capital Pty Ltd acquires a share in toy supplier, ProToys Pty Ltd.

In September 2008, Chester Capital acquired an interest in ProToys Pty Ltd, which operates as a toy distributor for both proprietary and third party brands. Distribution is through a number of channels including specialty, department stores and charities. ProToys specialises in wholesale, party gifts, showbags, toy raffles, promo items and special supply arrangements.

ProToys recently acquired the Jolly KidZ business. The Jolly KidZ brand boasts a range of high quality table and chairs, easels, playpens, safety gates, high chairs, playmats, cots and nursery furniture.
