Milton Levine - Chaiman
Milton is a co-founder and chaiman of the Chester  Finance Group. He has spent most of his business career in trade finance and private equity. He is a private investor in Netti Atom with ANZ Capital, Investec Bank, Sam Linz and Robert Gavshon. In Australia, he is also a non-executive director of Amadeus Education Holdings. Milton is a non-executive director of Richmond Pharmacology and Chesterfin, both of the UK. Milton was previously chairman of Reichmans, Brandcorp Holdings and Chet Industries in South Africa. He is an attorney by profession.

Robert Gavshon - CEO

Robert was a significant shareholder in, and served as  deputy-chairman of, Barbeques Galore Ltd., a NASDAQ listed company until its recent sale to a leading Australian private equity group. He also served as a non-executive director and founder of Rebel Sport, the largest sporting goods retailer in Australia and New Zealand. Robert acted as group general counsel and director of corporate affairs for a multi-national corporation based in Sydney and was a partner in one of South Africa’s largest law firms. Robert currently serves as chairman  of Oporto Holdings, Amadeus Education Holdings, Netti Atom and The Diversity Consulting Company and is CEO of Chester Capital.

 

Larry Levine - non-executive director
Larry is a co-founder and deputy chairman of the Chester Finance Group.  He has an engineering background and initially worked in the computer and automation industry in Canada. Since 1988 he has been involved in trade finance and private equity in Canada, South Africa and the UK.  He is an executive director of Chesterfin  as well as  chairman of Richmond Pharmacology both of the UK. Larry was formerly chairman of Elvey International based in South Africa and served as a director and chairman of the audit committee of BPP Holdings, a company listed on the London stock exchange.

Lewis Freidus - non-executive director
After qualifying as a chartered accountant, Lewis joined trade finance house Reichmans as financial director. He held that position for 10 years. Thereafter he was operations and financial director of Sasfin Holdings for 4 years before joining Chester Investment Holdings 10 years ago as managing director , specialising in trade and equity finance. He also represented the company on the boards of Brandcorp Holdings and Chet Industries.
