- Short-term finance which is easily available and arranged within a relatively short time
- Convenient form of funding as it accelerates access to funds that are expected to be received in the near future
Discount of Agency Commission
- Provided to Estate Agencies to assist with the receipt of commissions on the sale of properties which are only paid on the future registration of the sold property
- Up-front payment is made to the Agency on fulfilment of the conditions of sale
Discount of Sale Proceeds
- Provided to the seller of property in advance of payment by the purchaser under the terms of the contract of sale
- There is no waiting for the transfer of the property to take place
Advance on New Mortgages
- Provided to property owners who are in the process of taking either a first or second mortgage on their properties
- Advance provided prior to the registration of the mortgage
- Assist the owner in raising funds early which can be used for any purpose (e.g. a deposit on a new home, injecting capital into a business or renovating and upgrading a property)
Funding of Duty and Rates and Taxes
- Offers funding to either the buyer or seller of a property with the necessary duty or rates and taxes
